On December 06-07, 2019 a continuation of Market and Needs Assessment training was organized at DVV International Office Moldova.
The event was organized around the interpretation of collected data, identification of recommendations for future interventions.
Covered topics of the workshop were:
- Data processing
- How to ensure the objectivity of the report
- Evidence/Data collection
- SWOT analysis of recommendations
The objectives of the training were promotion of adult education, identification of community needs and development of service programs that match to local community needs, identification of existing opportunities for the implementation of educational programs (financial, resources, human, etc), creation of a basis for sustainable partnership with municipality/government and private partners from the community (including identification of opportunities for raising funds).
During 2 day training each partner team managed to interpret collected data, developed conclusions and recommendations
For the next upcoming period the partner organizations will repeat marketing needs analysis workshop next year – to update assessment methodology and improve the quality of the study and evaluation report. The will include a data processing topic and exercises into the future workshop. Also they will support partners to organize a workshop at the community level to present the collected results and recommendations and for the promotional aspects it was recommended to organize a module on ”How to organize a promotion /demo workshop for current courses.”
