Curriculum GlobALE for Continuing Education Resource Center (Moldova State University)

This March we continue to explore the next modules of Curriculum GlobALE training.
During the 2 modules (III and IV) organized consecutively, the participants covered important topics of the field, mainly:
Communication and group dynamics - two fundamental elements in adult learning and Methods in adult learning and education".
Key topics such as non-verbal communication, active listening and barriers in communication have a direct impact on the way we communicate and interact in a group, in activities in which adults participate and contribute to the group dynamics.
During the activity the participants had the opportunity to be practically and actively involved in sessions covering such topics as: communication styles, active listening, constructive feedback, group dynamics and typology, as well as suggestions and recommendations to effectively manage difficult participants in training activities.

"Methods in Adult Education", was the module in which participants explored a variety of essential techniques, from typology of methods and interactive techniques, to alternative methods and the use of art in education, to make adult learning more engaging and effective.
The program was guided by Katarina Popović and Maja Maksimović, recognized experts in adult education from the University of Belgrade.
The activity is part of the Project "Professionalization of Adult Education Centres in Europe", with the financial support of BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development).
