In order to have qualitative and inspiring videos in the competition, we came to the history teachers with 2 practical workshops (in Romanian and Russian) on "Online tools in historical research" topic.
During the workshop, trainers from the Youth Media Centre guided and supported the history teachers, sharing their practical experience in writing an article based on historical research: Content structure, presentation of data and sources, about the photo and video message, elements of a quality digital image. One issue discussed was how to recognize the difference between fake news and propaganda when doing historical research. Based on online aplications in image editing and video creation, teachers worked in groups and created thematic videos, presented them and received feedback from the trainers.
It was an experience with results!
