DVV International Georgia and DVV International Armenia are seeking an expert or a team of experts to conduct a Social Return on Investment (SROI) based impact evaluation. This assignment aims to measure the social, economic, and environmental impact generated by Adult Education Centres in Armenia and Georgia.
Key Objectives:
- assess and demonstrate the contribution and impact of selected ALE Centres on their local communities;
- analyse how different institutional and operational characteristics of ALE Centres influence their performance and impact;
- generate evidence to support partnership opportunities with local and central government stakeholders;
- inform strategic planning, partnership models, and future investment decisions.
Requirements:
- demonstrated experience in applying the SROI methodology;
- solid track record in impact evaluation or results-based evaluation in the fields of adult education and lifelong learning;
- experience working with multiple stakeholders;
- strong analytical and report-writing skills;
- experience working in international development cooperation contexts (preferably in Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus);
- excellent command of written and spoken English.
