Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) announces a tender for the video shooting of two reportages that provide information support to regional public initiatives within the project "Regional Voices - create bridges for democracy."
The project "Regional Voices - create bridges for democracy" supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany and include 9 regions of Ukraine (Zaporizzia, Kherson, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kiev, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Lviv). The goal of the project - promoting pluralistic decision-making process at the local level by improving the quality of democratic cooperation and create conditions for dialogue between civil society activists, journalists and representatives of the local government.
Applications will be accepted until August 28, 2016.
Tender announcement № 1
on procurement services for the video shooting of two reportages
Tender documentation:
- scenario;
- budget;
- description of the experience with a list of captured video projects.
Constancy term conditions:
Proposals service submitted by tenders must be valid and unchanged until the end of project.
Rules of tender offer:
For participation will allow only proposals which complied all tender requirements documentation:
- documents must be in Ukrainian;
- documents must be send by e-mail;
- documents must be submitted on time;
- participant agrees that the funds will be transferred to his account after signing the Act of done work.
Determination of winners:
Determination of winners will be after the financial and technical assessment of proposals offered by the criteria specified in the tender, but not later than August 31, 2016
Publication of the procurement procedure results:
Results will be in a way of sending appropriate messages to the tenders by email within 3 working days from the date of the decision to determine the winners.
Criteria for choosing the winners:
- matching application requirements of the customer and conditions of the tender documentation;
- confirmed experience in providing services;
- acceptable price and terms of service.
Special conditions:
Participants of tender must:
- recognize that responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and realize reputational risks associated with providing false information and poor quality of services;
- certainly agree with the terms of the tender and undertake to implement them properly.
Deadline for applications: August 28, 2016, 16:00 pm
All proposals received after the deadline for submission of applications will be not valid.

Term of the tender: August 3 – 28, 2016
Service providing (context):
- Video shooting of two reportages – 20 min each;
- Terms – part #1 (September 16) 2016, part #2 (December 01) 2016;
- Reportages provide information support to regional social initiatives under the project "Regional Voices - create bridges for democracy." The highlight of the cooperation of regional project participants from different media (representatives of mass media, public institutions and local governments) in the discussion, lobbying and making important community initiatives.
Conditions of service providing payment:
- Payment will made the DVV International Representative office in Ukraine;
- Payment based on Agreement and cost estimate;
- Payment can be only cashless in Ukraine national currency;
- The second part of payment transfer will be only after Act of done work signed.
Criteria:
- Compliance with tender conditions
- Focus on customer requirements, professional support at all stages of service providing
- Proven experience in providing services
