The goal of DVV International in Ukraine is to support the establishment and development of sustainable structures for youth and adult education
One of the main focuses of DVV International in 2019-2021 is to support the establishment and development of non-formal adult learning and education centers as providers of diverse, innovative and economically accessible educational services for different target groups in order to increase the level of personal and professional development of citizens and the strategic development of the community at large.
Target audience:
Tutors for adults (andragogues) of adult learning and education centers and providers of non-formal education from different regions of Ukraine
The training should include, but not limited to, the following thematic blocks:
Values and principles of organizing the online learning process: building a curriculum based on an analysis of the educational needs of the target audience
Mechanisms for effective online communication between teacher and adult learners
Accessible online services and tools
Expected results of the training:
Participants have basic understanding of planning and designing principles of online curriculum to address the educational needs of different target groups and can use them in practice
Participants have the skills to organize online training activities and a work of online training groups
Participants use approaches to reaching out the target audience and building effective communication with adult learners
Participants use the basics of modern online services and tools to motivate participants, transfer knowledge and develop skills
Participants use up-to-date online (automatic) tools for assessing learners' knowledge and skills
Requirements to the applicants:
Experience of conducting trainings on the stated topic
Practical experience in designing and implementing online adult education programs
Speak in an accessible to the target audience language
Venue: Kyiv
Language: Ukrainian
Date: from 27th of April
Duration: shall not exceed 16 hours
