Representative Office DVV International in Ukraine on partnership with ISAR "Unity" held a seminar on "Features in writing projects for participation in the competition to improve the organizational capacity" January 26, 2016.
At the seminar were invited NGOs working in the field of adult education. Some of them already had cooperation experience with DVV International in Ukraine, others - have the opportunity to establish a new partnership initiatives. The purpose of the workshop was to give participants skills analysis of its organizational development of NGOs, thus enhance the ability of each organization to develop its organizational capacity, and to develop and implement better quality programs and projects aimed at changes in communities.
Experts of seminar were Natalia Klimova, manager of communications and organizational development ISAR "Unity" (Kyiv), and Anna Morgun, The Head of NGO "Center-Podillia Society" (Vinnytsia). The seminar addressed issues of organizational development, its foundations and stages, as the organization is formed, it amplified as formulated its mission as a strategy based financing. One possibility to get answers to these questions is a grant competition on organizational development for civil society organizations from ISAR "Unity", more about the terms of which can be found at organizational development platform.
During the workshop participants and experts analyzed mostly needs in drafting the example of conditional proposals.
