Main goal: increase civic engagement of rural youth by training in civil competences and further involving them in the development and implementation of local programs and community initiatives. The project is realized by the NGO "Impuls".
Target groups: local residents who want to realize their right for public participation in policy development at local level; local authorities and public institutions of education and culture, public council at the Regional State Administration, deputies of local councils, civil society leaders, active youth; representatives of youth, social services, NGOs in this district; Adult Education Centres of Skole district, and representatives of partner organizations and educational institutions that provide information and educational services in this region.
The project will create a platform for dialogue and increasing cooperation between local authorities and civil society. The Project foresees organization of the School of Activists among people of Skole Self-Municipality District for youth leaders and civil-active residents of rural communities based on network at special Adult Education centers; will activate a rural communities and members of the School through the introduction of mini-projects.
