In December 2020, our two-year project “Active for Education in Prison 2.0” came to its end. One of the focuses of the project in the past year was how the topic of education of convicts and released is presented in the media. Why is it not talked about much and what can be done to remedy the situation?
During the year we ran the Journalism Competition "The role of education in the resocialization of convicts and released" in which both journalists and convicts themselves took part, in December we summed up the results. Read more about the competition at the link.
This new experience gave us fresh ideas for future work and cooperation. We have written about the results of the competition before, and are now pleased to present a video about the competition and its topics. You can watch it on our YouTube channel.
